  • What services does Perseverance Life offer?
Perseverance Life provides therapy and coaching services to individuals from all walks of life. We also offer services for businesses, focusing on leadership development, organizational psychology, personal growth, and company culture enhancement.
  • How can I book a session with a therapist or coach?
To book a session, please schedule a discovery call with us or you may book directly with one of our therapist or coaches. During your call, you will have the opportunity to see if you and the therapist or coach you connected wit is a match or we can help match you with a therapist or coach who best meets your unique needs.
  • What should I expect during my first session?
Your initial discovery call will last 15 minutes. Based on this conversation, an individualized care plan will be created collaboratively between you and your therapist or coach. Services are customizable to ensure you receive the care you deserve.
  • Are your services covered by insurance or Medi-Cal?
Currently, we operate on a cash-pay basis unless you qualify for specific state Medi-Cal programs. We are working on expanding our network with more insurance providers. Starting August 2024, we will accept Medi-Cal for certain services. Please feel free to inquire about this.
  • What is the difference between therapy and coaching?
Therapy and coaching serve different purposes and are distinct in their approach. Therapy, conducted by licensed therapists, focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, exploring past experiences, and facilitating deep emotional healing. Coaching, on the other hand, is more forward-focused and goal-oriented, helping individuals achieve specific personal or professional objectives. Coaches are not licensed to treat mental health conditions but provide valuable support in areas such as career development, personal growth, and achieving life goals.
  • How do I choose the right therapist or coach for me?
Choosing the right therapist or coach involves considering your specific needs and preferences. At Perseverance Life, we provide a supportive environment to help you make this decision. Our discovery call will assist with helping you choose the professional who aligns with your goals and values, ensuring a safe and personalized experience.
  • Can I use Perseverance Pathways on my own, or do I need a therapist?
Perseverance Pathways is designed as a self-guided tool. However, depending on your life experiences and trauma history, you may benefit from the support of a licensed therapist. Reprocessing can trigger various emotional responses, and having a therapist can provide additional support on your healing journey. You are welcome to connect with one of our therapists or choose a therapist independently.
  • How do I contact Perseverance Life for support or questions?
For support or questions, please use the contact form at the bottom of our homepage or email us at info@perseverancevitamins.com. Please refrain from sharing sensitive personal details in your initial outreach. Our customer service team is not comprised of licensed therapists and cannot assist in crises. If you are experiencing a crisis or emergency, please contact the National Crisis Hotline here or call 911.
  • What are the qualifications of your therapists and coaches?
Our therapists are licensed in their respective states and operate as individual businesses within the Perseverance Life network. They do not practice under a Perseverance Life license, as we are a business entity, not a licensed therapy agency. Our coaches are credentialed in their respective modalities. For more information about our professionals, please email info@perseverancevitamins.com.
  • What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Each therapist and coach has their own billing, cancellation, and rescheduling policies. If you book a service through Perseverance Life, the specific terms will be provided in the service description. Typically, services booked directly through our website pertain to coaching rather than therapy.
